"HORRIBLE communication and attitude. I arrive 20 minutes ahead of time. I texted the driver to let him know, but he did not contact me in any form when he arrived, causing me to almost miss the ride. When I texted him again to confirm where he is and called him, he finally answered, telling me he is leaving shortly. I received NO active communication from this driver, the only reason I didn’t miss the ride was because I was proactive. When I confronted him in person, he had HORRIBLE attitude and yelled at me. Maybe it’s easier to abuse a young POC female student than his other passengers? Horrible experience!"
