"Rossy was unfortunately a bit rude when she first responded to me after I was just trying to confirm the pickup time… since there were 3 different descriptions of the pick up time, I didn’t expect to get a text back saying “I just told you”. She was also late and I was the first to be picked up. She then went to order Starbucks inside the mall at the Yorkdale stop, adding more delayed time. Lastly, she did not securely close the trunk or checked if it was properly closed and my suitcase fell out in the middle of the road getting damaged. Altogether, I do not recommend her but if you’re looking for a last resort, perhaps. She is a nice person (in the car) but my experience was not good."
