Custom pick up and drop off are ok, just message me to arrange it in advance.
You are entitled to your seat and a school sized backpack. ALL ADDITIONAL LARGE BAGS AND SUITCASES MUST BE DECLARED AT YOUR TIME OF BOOKING. Just turning up with a bunch of luggage is not fair to fellow passengers. You may be required to leave bags behind, unless approved in advance.
