"The driver was friendly, drove safely, and we had a pleasant conversation during the ride. I appreciated his calm demeanor. However, he arrived over an hour late and wasn’t willing to make a small detour to help me get closer to my destination, even after I explained I had an important meeting and was already running late., especially since he accepted the request without first confirming my locations were not okay with him. That part felt inconsiderate. Overall, a mixed experience. Driver’s Response: "This passenger claimed I was late, which is false. I left the official pickup location at 2:15 PM. Her address is 45 minutes away with traffic considered — it is physically impossible for her to be picked up at the same time. She was picked up at 3:00 PM. She also asked me to drive her to downtown Toronto, which was not the listed destination and goes against Poparide policy. I still dropped her off near Don Mills — all of this at no extra charge. Her comment is inaccurate and misleading.”"
