Zanib is an amazing person. Very experienced, defensive and cautious driver. I almost canceled my booking after reading previous riders experiences with her. Am glad I did not cause the ride was as smooth as it could have been. Plus she picked me up from my place in Timberlea for free. Her obedience to speed limit made us escape from sideroad cops during night old hours! I would ride with her again...She kept interesting conversations going cautiously throughout the trip! Thanks Zanib!

Zanib is a fun and interesting person and a great conversationalist who kept us engaged throughout the journey from Fort McMurray to Edmonton. However, my friends and I felt very unsafe during the ride. She was frequently distracted, often holding the steering wheel with one hand despite challenging driving conditions that included fog, snow, and traffic. At times, she even took both hands off the wheel, causing the car to swerve and momentarily lose control. Additionally, she frequently used her phone while driving, including in situations with oncoming traffic, which further compromised her focus on the road. While we appreciated her effort to stop occasionally to clean the car’s lights for better visibility, the overall lack of attention and poor vehicle control made the trip very uncomfortable and unsafe.

I road from Edmonton to fort McMurray, the agreed upon route was along Highway 63. Zanibs initial communication and pick-up time was good. Once the ride started though things got bad. Her husband was driving not her and he followed extremely close behind other vehicles, and he was drifting back and forth in the lane. He hit the rumble strips multiple times. He then asked to do a quick detour after we had passed grassland (max 20 minutes) and to drop himself off at a co-workers truck. This detour was to Conklin along the gravel alpac road on the way to fort McMurray which added 1 hour and 20 minutes. During this detour her husband lost control of the vehicle on a gravel road and we almost hit the ditch/flipped. After her husband left at Conklin Zanib drove the rest of the way. There was minimal traffic, she also drifted back and fourth in the lane going into the rumble strips multiple times. The ride took 1 hour and 20 minutes longer than it should have and we almost crashed more than once. I did not feel safe at all and I would not recommend.
