"I had booked a trip for early morning and the app showed me 3 passengers including me. However, when I sat for the trip, the 2 other male passengers were crammed up at the back with me & a female passenger who was never shown on app sat in front with driver. I reached safe & on time but I feel this was misrepresentation & I didn’t feel comfortable at the back all crammed up. Also the communication was very poor from driver’s end.
