Nice guy, but I specifically messaged to ask prior to booking if two large ski bags would fit in his car. He said yes with no other comments - and then booked a full car so I had to ride in the back with my neck bent over for an hour because the ski bags had to rest over the back seat. Wish he would have taken care to not book a full car so that our stuff would be safely stowed, or stated that we would need to put a seat down as is the case for most cars and SUVs, and that I would need to pay / book an extra seat to accommodate that. I happily would have done this. Seemed slightly careless to say nothing else about it.
