"Thumbs down, made me pay extra for a return ride even though it clearly said 18.00+tax= 21.something each way.. He charged me $55.00 (return), rather than the $36.00 Poparide wanted. Shortened my trip as well ( pick up 9Am- return pick up at 5Pm) I got picked up at 10ish in Brampton and picked up at 430 in Barrie. I paid him $20.00 extra in cash in the car. I didn't think that was fair but for me on vacation had no choice as I had time restraints and a ride was better and faster than the Go train for me. I was also asked by him to let my ride I booked with Poparide to cancel itself, I'm sure as then nobody would know that he asked for more money, I refused to do that as I told him I am alone and need somebody to know I was in that car (for safety reasons) Stealing Poparide riders from Poparide, im sure as others in his car paid him cash!"
