Mohammad was polite and communicative. Unfortunately the experience was far from what was advertised. Whereas 4 total people in the car (including) driver was initially advertised, we were 4 passengers, ie 3 in the backseat completely crammed in a sedan throughout the trip. Moreover, he drives a Tesla (did not specify this nor electric car) which was not fully charged at the beginning of the trip. We needed two full stops during the trip to charge the Tesla. One was 15min. The other, he dropped us off at a tim hortons without warning, and said he would be back after 25min of charging the car. The total trip time lasted 1.5h more than what was advertised and was extremely uncomfortable as a result of the car being way too filled. Again, none of which was advertised in his ad before. Would not take again nor recommend.
