"First of all, the image posted is completely misleading. He does not drive a BMW. He picked me up in a Toyota, and when I asked about the BMW, he said it belonged to his cousin. He also told me he would pick me up at 5:00 PM, but he arrived almost an hour late. Before booking, I clearly messaged him to confirm whether he would pick me up from my location and drop me off at my exact destination, and he agreed. Although he did pick me up from my house, halfway through the ride he started saying that he would drop me at a mall instead and asked me to take a taxi for the remaining 10 minutes to my destination. After already agreeing to drop me off at my requested location, he suddenly changed the plan during the ride. I refused, and in the end he did drop me at my actual destination, bu atlast he complainied that he had to come all the way there because of me."
