"The ride was chaotic, we were late and Charlie spent lots of time driving while using his phone. It was dangerous. He was crossing lanes on the 401 hwy at night looking at his phone. I was on my way home from Colombia and the taxis there felt safer than this. Charlie is very friendly. He made conversation will all passengers in the car. Charlie accommodated the late drop off by dropping each person at their destination which was appreciated. Charlie pleaded with each person for a five star review. He even sent me a scripted response he wants me to post which I can see numerous others have done for him. I won’t do that, he needs to appreciate the risk he puts all his passengers at when he is driving distracted by his phone. I cannot recommend riding with him for this reason, it's too dangerous."
