My backpack was damaged due to overloaded trunk because of inconsiderate travellers who brought in excess luggage. The driver didn’t care as long as he could fit in all the luggage in the trunk and made it look like it’s my fault my bag was damaged. He’s more concerned about the profit than the safety of the ride.
