"We had an unpleasant experience. We were supposed to leave at 4 pm but the driver requested at 1 pm if we could leave at 2:30 pm instead. After accepting, he stopped responding to messages and only called back later, saying he would confirm the time and location, which ruined our schedule. Eventually, we didn’t leave until 4:20 p.m., and there was an additional person not visible on the app. The worst part was that we were supposed to be dropped off at two locations in Toronto: Scarborough Town Center or Yorkdale. The driver chose to drop us at Scarborough without notifying us beforehand. Overall, poor communication and unprofessional."
