"I had a really great experience riding with Jithin today from Kitchener to Woodstock. His communication was perfect, he was very punctual and was already at the pickup location before the scheduled pickup time. We also had great conversations along the trip. In fact, I was preparing for my G license, he gave me tips on how to do well during the test and also demonstrated those safe driving practices in his own driving, to make me well prepared for my test. I was also looking to buy a car for myself, he gave me a lot of helpful information about reliable cars to buy, for someone like me that knows nothing about cars, this conversation was very helpful. His car was clean and well maintained, it still looks like a brand new car, despite being a 2020 model. Jithin also has a great personality—friendly and approachable without being overbearing. We had some nice, easy conversation along the way, but he also respected quiet moments, which I really appreciated after a long, tiring day at work. This was the best Poparide experience I’ve had. It genuinely felt like I was in good hands from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to ride with Jithin again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely pleasant driver."

The trip about one and half hour turned turned into a 3 hour drive without even a single stop coz , he missed exit and change drop off address 3,4 times.My mom is elderly, her knees were hurting, and she was sitting in the back seat & car was congested . They should have stopped at least once for a 5-minute washroom/rest break. She has appointment with doctor was cancelled & also he sent so many stop sign to us . After 5 minute he change the drop off address. She also doesn’t understand English well, so she couldn’t explain it herself.”"
