"The experience was quite unusual. The driver arrived in an older car (not the one listed on the app) with an unpleasant smell, and the trip was a bit noisy due to loud conversations with an unlisted companion and on the phone. Even after I politely asked them to lower their voice a little, the noise continued.
On a positive note, the driver checked on me several times to ensure I was okay, which I genuinely appreciated."
