"I couldn't reach him via Notext message after placing the order last night. I wanted to discuss my luggage with him because the platform showed I was the only passenger on the bus. He only contacted me half an hour before departure this morning, and he was also 10 minutes late. He then immediately charged me an extra 70 Canadian dollars. There were five other people on the bus, including the driver. And they didn't take me to my destination. I was left in Yorkdale The experience was terrible. There were also significant luggage space issues during the trip, as the passenger arrived with substantially more luggage than expected for a shared carpool ride. Despite these challenges, the trip was completed professionally and on time."
