"I felt a bit confused in driving. The ride would have taken less time if he has correctly planned which freeway he wanted to take. We agreed upon for a flexible timing as the toronto downtwon traffic we cant predict the timing. But he insisted on catching up on time for which all subway travel and other things are new to me in Toronto. At one point he ended up saying swear word too, but thats ok out of anger it can come out... But overall he still waited for my delays and carried safe to Ottawa..But he can be little more patient and accommodating the customer needs...this is the overall feedback to him."
