"“Extremely disappointing experience with Malik. Communication was poor from the beginning and the whole situation was handled very unprofessionally. Before the trip, he told me that my original pickup location was ‘out of reach’ and could not be accommodated. Because of that, I had to spend an extra $30 arranging transportation to the pickup location we agreed on, based on the time he provided. On the day of the ride, Malik was already 15–20 minutes late to the agreed pickup spot without proper updates or communication. After making me travel and spend extra money to meet him there, he then ended up driving to my house anyway — the same location he originally claimed was out of reach. On top of that, I had to wait another 20 minutes for him to finally arrive. The entire situation felt disorganized, inconsiderate, and disrespectful of my time and money. If he was able to come to my location in the end, there was no reason for me to spend extra money and inconvenience myself in the first place. A simple message, proper communication, and basic punctuality would have avoided all of this. Overall, very unprofessional experience, and honestly I wish there was a no-star option.”"
