At the start of the trip, it would help if he briefly explained the itinerary — which stops we'd make along the way, how long each stop would be, and roughly what time we'd arrive at the destination. It would also be helpful to know in advance where and in what order passengers would be dropped off, along with the approximate timing between drops. Also, at the beginning of the ride, Nauman assigned seats to passengers without any clear system — it seemed arbitrary rather than based on order of arrival. I was actually the first person to arrive at the pickup location, with no one else there yet, but I was given a seat in the back row. Another issue: after our first stop near Kingston (which had a few restaurants and restroom access), there were no further stops for nearly four hours until we reached the destination — no brief break or restroom stop in between.""
