Unfortunately, the comfort level was severely compromised. The car is a minivan, and the middle seat is exceptionally uncomfortable—making a 6-to-7-hour journey (from Montreal to Toronto) feel like a painful ordeal for whoever sits there. This detail should absolutely be included in the ride notice so passengers can make an informed choice."
