"Although Charlie needed to delay our trip start time by about 30 minutes, he communicated clearly ahead of time this was happening. He was very kind at all times to everyone when he spoke to the passengers. This said, because we were behind schedule, I think he was also a little stressed and rushed-feeling, which was understandable, but was a little hard for me when it came to getting in and out of the car. He did make up a lot of the time we were delayed, but this also made me wonder how fast he was driving. As he warns you in the description, if you’re not very tall (like me), you’ll be given the very back seat to consider the needs of passengers who require more legroom. I respect this system, but to short passengers: please be ready for a very, very crowded tight fit in the back seat. To Charlie: thank you for being so kind to your passengers, even when you’re feeling very rushed."
