"This was a terrible ride. Firstly, she cancelled my ride on the day of and then asked me to rebook when I told her I did not have any other rides. Secondly, ETA to yorkdale was 8:15pm - I had a second ride booked for 9pm which would leave me a 45 minute buffer for traffic congestions. However, even though we left Ottawa on time, she chose to do multiple long stops which delayed my entire ride causing me to miss my next ride from Toronto to London. We did not reach yorkdale until 9:30pm. Absolutely ridiculous with very poor communication! If she can’t make it to Toronto at her estimated time then she should change it! Do not spend your money on this horrible ride."
