"Mohammed was a great driver, but I think there needs to be better communication about any personal stops before the trip. Before booking, I saw on his profile that passengers needed to be flexible with timing, but I didn't expect the trip from Saint John to Moncton to take 2 hours and 40 minutes because of three personal stops, each lasting more than 10 minutes. I was the only passenger, so I wasn't expecting those delays. This would have been fine if I had been informed beforehand. The loud music and speakerphone calls also made the ride less comfortable, so I kept my headphones on for most of the journey to avoid getting a headache."
