"The ride to Squamish went smoothly, but the return trip was a completely different story. The ride was originally scheduled for 9:30 PM, but I was told it would be delayed. When I asked what time the driver would arrive, I was told 12:30 AM, and I agreed to that time. However, even when it was almost time for pickup, I received no communication from the driver, and I eventually ended up stranded in Squamish with no way to get back to Vancouver.
The driver seems to prefer communicating by phone rather than text, which makes me wonder if they are trying to avoid leaving any written evidence of what happened. Please be extremely careful when booking with this driver. I will never use this service again."
