"So the driver did not have a pick up location in advance. I asked him if he would pick me up at my address or if I would meet him at a location, he said he would let me know and only reached out to me a few minutes before departure time. He texted me the wrong address to meet me which made me late to the pickup location. He also went to pick up the other passenger at her location instead of telling both of us to meet him or picking both of us up at our location. I found that was not fair, especially considering that he reached out to me late. While he was driving, he was on the phone most of the ride I would say for 90% of the ride. He was on the phone on loudspeaker and he was talking loud, and he joined in on a work meeting at the same time and was using his iPad while driving and using the phone while driving, which made me feel unsafe. Aside from that, I did get home one piece and I got home a few minutes before expected time so that was nice. It was nice that he drove me to my address for an extra fee."
