"Prince was timely and clear with planning. The drive was fast and smooth. I did have a problem where I didn’t see him arrive at the pick-up and I didn’t receive notifications for the messages he was sending me, this caused a little miscommunication where we both thought the other was late which seemed to cause him to be a bit frustrated understandably, he did still try to be understanding and told me it was alright. Also, there were passengers who weren’t being the most considerate which did cause him frustration. I do understand why this would make Prince as the driver frustrated, however I do feel the situation could’ve been handled with more patience and respectful resolution to deescalate things. I do understand it is a long drive and he is commuting for work, so it is important to make sure to be on time, be alert of any messages or calls, and to be respectful and considerate towards the driver’s time and the others in the car!"
