"Overall, I had a good experience with the driver. He was friendly, drove safely, and the ride went smoothly. My only concern was that the ridesharing app showed that I would be the only passenger, so I was a bit surprised when I got in and there was already another passenger in the car, followed by two more pickups along the way. I was also initially sitting in the front passenger seat beside the driver, but I was asked to move to the back to accommodate the other passengers. I understand that it was a shared ride, but I would have appreciated knowing in advance that there would be multiple passengers and that I would need to sit in the back. Other than that, the overall ride was good."

"Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience with this ride. The driver was supposed to arrive at 5 PM but arrived around 6 PM. The Poparide booking showed only one other passenger besides me and the driver, but when the car arrived, there were two additional people, while the passenger shown on the app wasn’t even there. Because of this, I had to sit in the middle of the back seat for the entire 4-hour trip from Sudbury to Toronto, which was very uncomfortable. I would have appreciated accurate passenger information and better communication about the delay and seating situation."
