"I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service during my trip from Ottawa to Toronto. The driver arrived on time and was kind, respectful, polite, and professional throughout the journey. I felt safe and comfortable from beginning to end. Thank you for your punctuality, kindness, and commitment to passenger safety. I highly recommend your service and would be happy to travel with you again. Keep up the excellent work!"

"Great communication, great ride!"

"He made us leave ottawa 45 minutes after the scheduled time. He also yapped too much that it was uncomfortable. Also shoved 3 men into the backseats of a minivan and had front and middle seats saved for members of his family (4). The fam also spent 40+ mins eating food at an on route. Ts guy buns, Never take this driver!"
