"The trip started off crammed and there was no middle seat open, we had to squeeze in in the back row. I had to sit in the middle and when I spoke to her about it she said that the only spot. I had Booked prior to everyone and paying 70 after taxes is a complete scam. There was no AC working. She had fans but those barely worked. The windows were open the whole time which was refreshing but we went through periods where all we could smell was cow manure. I feel really disappointed. The app even says that the middle sat must be free but she clearly violated that too."
