"Kunal was 30 mins late to arrival. The drive was very jerky the whole time as in there would be last minute breaks causing the car to jerk. Other than that Kunal was very nice."

"Kunal was a good driver but 1) he promised me that my girlfriend and I would have the back row, just to add a third person without confirming with me first the day before the ride. He also messaged me repeatedly in the night asking for confirmation before unilaterally making his own decision. 2) Kunal was also late by 30 mins (in his defense he says he was stuck in traffic two hours before the meet up time). Aside from these problems the ride was smooth"
