"Driver left 15 mins late to see if he could find an extra passenger, then after we are driving told me he would need to make an unmentioned stop on the way to Ottawa. I explained I am not comfortable being the only passenger and it being 11pm at night, he ignored my answer and made the stop anyway. Took 3 hours to get to Ottawa because of the stop and multiple missed turns. Was also using his phone while driving for the last hour or so. Uncomfortable with his driving. Not a great experience."
