"Driver changed cars last minute saying his original car wasn’t working, and his friend ended up driving instead of him. Departure kept getting delayed because they were waiting for extra passengers to fill seats, plus there was a gas stop during the trip. Biggest issue was that the ride was advertised as going to Berri-UQAM, but after stopping at Namur, we were told he was not going to Berri-UQAM anymore. If you aren’t in a rush and have lots of extra time, it might be okay, but overall the trip felt disorganized and misleading compared to the listing."
