"Unfortunately, my experience with this driver was not as positive. I found that he was not very polite when responding to some of the passengers, which made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable. Throughout most of the trip, he was also talking on the phone. At first, I thought he was using a headset, but it became apparent that he was engaged in a lengthy conversation while driving. This was distracting and did not make me feel as comfortable as I would have liked. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future passengers."

"Driver is rude when asked basic about the trip questions in his response and even while dealing with passengers which made the trip very unpleasant and not a welcoming atmosphere. Ride was smooth aside from this."
