"Megha is very kind and friendly. However, 45 minutes before the trip, she sent me a message through the app saying that she was going to be 45 minutes late. In the end, it was not 45 minutes but a full 1-hour delay at departure. Instead of leaving at 6:00, we left at 7:00. When I booked the trip, the listing said that I could bring a small suitcase. As more people joined the trip, the situation changed, and when I arrived, Megha told me that she had indicated that luggage was not allowed. However, when I booked the trip, the app showed that there was space for luggage. Fortunately, this was not a problem in the end, as enough space was made for my backpack. What was never communicated, however, was that we would stop in West Kelowna about 10 minutes into the trip, then stop in Merritt to drop someone off, and then, while still in Merritt, stop again to get gas. Again, Megha is a very kind person, but the trip was poorly managed and there was a lack of clear communication about the delays, stops, and luggage."
