"Very disappointing experience. The trip description clearly stated that the drop-off location was Scarborough Town Centre, but the driver refused to take us there and dropped us off at Yorkdale Mall instead. There was no valid explanation, and we were not informed before the trip. This happened late at night, and i was left alone because of the unexpected change. If you advertise a specific destination, you should honor it. I would not recommend this driver due to the lack of reliability and professionalism."
