"I would never use this driver again. This was one of the most disappointing travel experiences I've had. First, he made me wait 30 minutes for other passengers to show up. If I wanted to be 30 minutes late, I would have booked a different trip. What made things worse was his unprofessional behavior. A passenger who hadn't shown up kept calling him, and instead of simply ignoring the calls, the driver started yelling back at him. The whole situation was extremely stressful and disturbing, especially for those of us already in the car. Second, the advertisement clearly stated two passengers per row, which was the main reason I booked this trip and paid that price. I specifically wanted a comfortable ride, but the driver was planning to fit seven passengers in the vehicle, completely contradicting what was advertised. When I questioned this, he kept defending himself with misleading arguments, insisting he knew his car's capacity and could fit seven people. However, two passengers per row plus one in the front would mean five, not seven. Instead of acknowledging the discrepancy, he kept arguing and trying to convince me I was wrong by showing me what he could see on his screen!! To make matters worse, the car had inadequate air conditioning and smelled of sweat, making the ride even more uncomfortable. Overall, this was the complete opposite of the comfortable and reliable ride I paid for."
