"The driver was friendly and the vehicle was comfortable. However, the trip did not go as expected in terms of timing. The estimated arrival time shown for Montreal was 6:00 pm, but we were taken to the airport first before the downtown Montreal drop-off. The airport stop added significant time to the trip, especially with the traffic, and I was not expecting this when booking a ride to downtown Montreal.
The departure was also delayed by about 20 minutes because we had to wait for another passenger. I understand that this was not the driver's fault, but combined with the airport stop, it made the trip considerably longer than expected."
