"Disappointing experience overall. The driver was unresponsive to messages before the ride, which made coordination stressful. During the trip, there was no ventilation reaching the back seats, with 7 people in the car, it became genuinely uncomfortable to breathe. The driver was also on his phone at times and drove at excessive speeds throughout. I wouldn’t feel safe riding again."
