"This is extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. Yes, there are two seats in the back, but in the middle section, there are three seats across. I was sitting in the middle, and this was the seat that was particularly uncomfortable. The person next to me lowered the armrest, which immediately cut the already limited space in half. I had very little room, making the seat extremely uncomfortable throughout the journey. The headrest is also about half the size of the others, yet we are paying exactly the same price. I find this unacceptable, especially considering that passengers are paying the same fare but are not getting the same level of comfort or space."
