"They arrived at 7:00 PM instead of the estimated 6:15 PM, even though traffic conditions were normal. More surprisingly, a new passenger was added to the back row during the trip due to what was described as an “emergency.” One of the main reasons I chose this ride and paid a higher fare was the comfort of having only two passengers in the rear seat. In addition, my seat belt could not be fastened properly, and the driver used a mobile phone without a hands-free device while driving. The driver also did not maintain a safe following distance from the vehicle ahead. Altogether, these issues made my first Poparide experience quite unpleasant."
