"arrived late for pickup, then made me wait for an additional 1 hour 15 minutes so he could pickup passengers who were not booked through Poparide. then went on a detour all the way around northern New Brunswick dropping off these non-Poparide passengers, as well as a parcel delivery...when the original itinerary was supposed to be Berri-UQAM to Moncton. finally made it back to Moncton almost 3 hours later than what the original trip listing mentioned. was not expecting this kind of an experience on an app like Poparide"
