"I had serious safety concerns with this driver. In my first message before booking he accepted to pick me up from my hostel and he knew the address from the beginning as I had baggages. When he saw me he pushed me aside and asked for $50 extra. In the first stop he threatened to drop me off in the middle of way as he wanted extra $50. I was happy to give him extra $20 but he wanted $50. In the second stop again he said he wants $50 as he wants to pay for gas. I was like you should have told me that before. I felt unsafe about his behaviour. Dangerous driving: he was consistently texting during driving and had extremely unsafe drive. He stopped and picked up people in various locations which wasted too much time. He was consistently above speed limit. His car was very messy and very stinky since the start. I had to endure his BO whole travel. Timeline: he was supposed to pick me up at 7:15 am while he called me at 8 am from a wrong location while he was informed about the location several times. We finally met at 8:30 am. He doesn't speak english so if you don't know french you will have problem as I had to ask random people on the street to talk to him so he could find the location while I already send the location 5 times to him. I don't recommend travelling with him it might seem cheap but I ended up giving him extra $20 and also feeling concerns about my safety. I usually have a good experience with poparide and this one was unfortunately traumatic. I will also follow up with poparide team. He is not a good fit to this community."
