"Was 17 minutes late, then took a 15 minute break upon arrival. Was supposed to depart at 4, departed at 4:32. 6 mins past departure time I had texted him, no answer. After 15 minutes of not being at the agreed pickup spot, I tried calling, no answer. Jeff communicated well when he was leaving his original location in the GTA, but also made it confusing as well, and after departing from the GTA, gave no updates, and answered no texts and calls."

"Unsafe driving and poor attitude. The driver was speeding and consistently ignoring speed limits. Before the trip, he promised two rest stops, but only stopped once briefly. He was extremely rushed and rude, yelling at us to hurry back to the car. When I went to get a quick coffee, he was actually about to drive off and leave me behind—he only stayed because my friends refused to let him leave without me. Overall, his attitude was rude and impolite. I do not recommend riding with him."
