He was clearly instructed through our conversation to arrive before 8:15 a.m. I arrived at approximately 8:15a.m., but he was nowhere to be found. When contacted, he stated he was still seven minutes away. Unfortunately, I could not delay the trip further out of respect for other passengers who arrived on time. Describing me as a scammer is completely inaccurate and unfair, especially when the passenger failed to meet the agreed pickup arrangements. I take punctuality, transparency, and passenger satisfaction seriously, as reflected in my 100+ reviews.
