"Booked a ride for my Dad, I wasn’t happy to see he was cramped in with a bunch of people, he also got the worst seat. It looked like the car was overbooked I noticed there only 4 bookings on the app but I think there must have been like 5 passengers. I was also told that his driving was pretty aggressive."
