"Great driver."

"Embarrassed by the driver's actions! 1. Lack of Communication & Misleading Trip Post: When booking, the trip description clearly listed Bayshore as a stop in Ottawa. Jean, only messaged to confirm my pickup point in Toronto. He never asked for or verified my drop-off point. Because Bayshore was explicitly listed on his trip post, I reasonably and correctly assumed he would be stopping there. 2. Diverting from the route was Accommodated: During the trip, Jean detoured briefly to pick up a glassware in Toronto for delivery in Ottawa. When we got to Ottawa and I noticed we were bypassing the route to Bayshore, I quietly remained patient, assuming he was simply completing his personal delivery first before dropping me off. 3. Hostile and Verbally Aggressive Reaction: When I politely asked if he would be dropping me off after his delivery, Jean became instantly hostile. He started yelling at me, stating he would never go back to Bayshore because I "failed to remind him." He then abruptly pulled over and aggressively demanded that I get out of his car on the side of the road because his next/ last stop was in downtown. I told him, I would rather get to the downtown stop. 4. Deflection of Blame: When I stood my ground and insisted that it was his responsibility to follow his posted route and communicate changes, he offered a dismissive, insincere apology while continuing to blame me for his own lack of organization. He made me looked like the bad person in his car."
