"Even though he said in his description he will allow 1 big bag if its two passenger will have to pay extra but after arriving he says we will have to book an extra seat for it even though his trunk was available. Or he will refund us the booking money at the very end and we had to agree as we have flight next day. Then he made us pay 60$ for his gas. Also his driving at a point was scary as he was speeding between two big trucks and going off the lane. He says this bag policy is from Poparide for safety. I asked how a bag can be threat. But the main thing is there is nothing in his description which says 23kg luggage is not allowed."
