"The car broke down during the trip and wouldn’t start. I had to take a bus and a train from there to get to my destination. Also extremely unsafe aggressive driving, was tailgating and cutting off other drivers repeatedly, creating very dangerous situations on the road, got honked at, drove through a stop sign. I felt unsafe and not comfortable, scared for my life and safety in his car. Also the departure time is not reliable. After I booked my ride 40 minutes prior to the departure time, assuming that I still have plenty of time, the driver called me 35 minutes before the trip start time and stated that if I will not show up in 5 minutes he is going to leave, because he decided to go half an hour earlier. Drop off points in the description are also not reliable. The driver announced in the car that he will drop everyone off at only one drop off point, even though in the description there were 3 drop off points mentioned. It was the worst ride I had."
