"The driver was on a phone call using a headset for most of the trip and wasn’t very communicative. We were involved in a minor fender bender and there was no explanation or check-in afterward. There was also an additional stop to pick up an item, the car had an unpleasant odor, and the music was quite loud. I slept through much of the remainder of the trip, but overall it wasn’t a pleasant ride."
