"The driver arrived on time, introduced himself, and took my luggage to the car. On the way, he noticed that the passenger next to me was leaning too close, which was making me uncomfortable, so he moved her to the front so I could be more comfortable. Overall, he was very communicative and patient, waiting for us when we went to the restroom or needed a short break to stretch our legs."
